Job Description
- Full coordination of export files from start to finish
- Booking transport with airlines and subcontractors
- Checking and processing export and customs documents
- Ensuring correct administrative and financial handling of shipments
- Proactively identifying potential issues and taking appropriate action
- Maintaining close communication with customers, carriers and logistics partners
- Working in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and legal regulations
- MBO+ or HBO level of education (or equivalent)
- Two to five years of relevant experience as an airfreight export forwarder
- Air Freight Employee certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is an advantage
