On behalf of my client, a company in the Western Lausanne region, I am looking for a

(Freight Forwarder), Billing Manager (French and German B2)

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Very good knowledge of German and English at least B2 level (mandatory)
• Good IT skills
• Experience in billing
• Experience in national and international road transport
• Experience in managing a team for at least 3 years

• Management of monthly billing (monthly closing) + various checks
• Application and programming of client tariff updates
• Handling of customer and inter-agency complaints
• Management of Swiss and foreign VAT billing
• Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments
• Controlling duties at the agency
• Management and supervision of the billing department
