You will be responsible for end-to-end freight invoice validation and reconciliation. Collaborate with Logistics and Finance to maintain compliance and identify trends through in-depth analysis. Your insights will drive process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate freight payment files weekly
• Support month-end close activities and accrual processes
• Resolve disputes with carriers and auditors
• Analyze freight spend via SQL for reporting
• Actively improve freight payment processes
Requirements:
