Freelance Subtitle Translators

WisBus is seeking talented freelance subtitle translators for video content, primarily K-dramas, entertainment shows, and variety programs.

This is a project-based freelance position (not full-time employment), and assignments will be offered depending on project availability.

 
Current focus: language pairs

• English → Latin American Spanish/ Brazilian Portuguese
• Korean → English/ Latin American Spanish/ Brazilian Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Translate and/or proofread subtitles for video content
• Post-edit and review AI-generated translations (MTPE)
• Quality check for AI-generated dubbing to ensure accurate pronunciation, timing, and natural delivery
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and tone appropriate to the content
• Follow project-specific style guides and deadlines
