A leading civil engineering contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £100 million is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, plant, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
• Support programme delivery and resolve on‑site issues proactively.
