Proven recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring

Access to an existing candidate database / talent pool

Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and other social media platforms

Ability to attract, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently

Self-driven, organised, and result-oriented

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has independently handled bulk recruitment

Understands digital hiring strategies

Can deliver quality candidates at scale

Is comfortable working on a freelance / project basis
