Job Description
- Review design plans, propose technical optimisations, and define commercial specifications.
- Develop, manage, and monitor construction budgets, costs, and timelines.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other partners.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and end clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Construction, or Architecture.
- Proven experience in project management with a developer or contractor.
- Strong negotiation skills with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Experience on residential projects over 20 units and/or B2B projects (offices, warehouses, etc.).
