Freelance Mechanical Estimator

We are actively recruiting for a Freelance Mechanical Estimator to support a busy and growing M&E contractor based in Kent.

You will be involved in preparing detailed cost estimates for a range of commercial projects, including office fit-outs and refurbishments. The role will require strong technical knowledge, the ability to interpret drawings/specifications, and experience pricing mechanical packages accurately.

This is a great opportunity to work with a contractor that has a consistent flow of work and a strong reputation in the market.

💰 Day Rate: £300 – £400+
📍 Location: Kent
📅 Duration: Ongoing freelance work

Suitable candidates will have a solid background in mechanical estimating within the M&E sector and be confident working independently.
