Job Description
- Lead and manage commercial negotiations (RFI/RFQ, pricing, capacity, and contractual changes) in line with strategic objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate customer requirements internally and ensure timely, accurate responses across departments
- Monitor customer KPIs, track performance, and drive cross-functional action plans to address gaps or opportunities
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets, including short- and long-term business planning
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within an industrial (higly technical) or automotive environment is a must
