Responsibilities
- Assist with applications, documentation, and other operational tasks
- Help with monthly bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and financial admin
- Step in to handle urgent customer service enquiries when the Customer Service Specialist is out of office or on leave
- Liaise across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Responds quickly and effectively to urgent needs with professionalism
