You will manage pre-onboarding and post-onboarding for U.S. personal loans and credit cards, uncovering complex fraud patterns from simple ID theft to large-scale rings.
You will investigate, gather KYC documentation, and collaborate with leadership on high-stakes cases, while handling CFPB/CRA disputes and direct outreach to verify identities.
