FPS Site Commissioning - Fire Protection Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning activities for fire protection systems including fire alarm, firefighting, and suppression systems.
• Conduct testing and inspection of systems such as:
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Fire pumps and hydrant systems
  • Clean agent/gas suppression systems
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Ensure all systems comply with regulations, local codes, and international standards (NFPA, etc.).
• Prepare and review commissioning plans, method statements, and test procedures.
• Witness and document functional tests, performance tests, and integrated system testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and design teams to close snags and non-conformities.
