Job Description

Summary

As Senior FP&A Manager your role will support the performance management agenda for LSbp senior leadership to provide accurate and enhanced information in support of business objectives. You'll drive delivery of monthly performance reporting and annual budgeting. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance performance visibility, challenge business assumptions, and drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement philosophy within FP&A; identify efficiencies and lead improvement workstreams using a data-led approach
