FP&A Manager - Property

The Company
Boutique property investment and development business going through an exciting phase of change and transformation.  This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract role with the potential to go permanent.

The Role
Reporting into the CFO, the role includes:

-lead and manage a small finance team
-financial reporting
-investment accounting
-audit, tax and compliance
-controls and process improvement
-assist with capital management and structuring
-investor reporting and stakeholder engagement

The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have prior experience in the property sector, ideally in the investment or development space.  Strong technical accounting experience is essential to be considered for this role as well as experience managing audits, tax and investor reporting is highly desirable.
