FP&A Manager

What You'll Do

• Own monthly financial reporting to executives and department leaders
• Partner with business leaders on annual budgeting and forecasting. Revamp forecasting process and models.
• Build and maintain financial models to support short and long-term planning
• Analyze operating results and provide variance commentary
• Identify cost savings and productivity improvement opportunities
• Work with channel partners on contracts and pricing
• Support the CFO on ad hoc strategic projects
• Currently no direct reports, so a hands on role.
• AI-first company utilizing Claude in many departments
• Work closely with CFO, CEO, CFO and the Board - HIGH visibility role

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with AI tools, or interest in implementing into your workstream
• Degree in Finance, Acco...
