FP&A Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bogotá. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities in a growing organization with exposure to US GAAP reporting and budgeting processes. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for an experienced analyst who wants to deepen technical and analytical expertise without people-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Perform monthly FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Support financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis for operational and strategic initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Support
Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports under US GAAP.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit support schedules.
