Work Location: Phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune Job Title: Senior Associate Work Mode: 5 Days from Office Work Time: 9 Am to 6 PM IST Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will partner with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions and improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models Analyze financial results and variances Track KPIs and business performance metrics Support monthly/quarterly reporting and planning Provide actionable insights to senior management Requirements: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA) 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Mandatory Experience with ERP and reporting tool SAP
