FP& A Analyst

Description
We are looking for an FP& A professional to join a services organization in Des Moines, Iowa on a Long-term Contract basis. This position will play a key role in strengthening financial planning efforts through forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will translate financial data into clear recommendations that support decision-making across finance and operational teams.


Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting budgeting and forecasting.

+ Lead annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates.

+ Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

+ Partner with finance and operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
