**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Foundry Operator to join our team. As a Foundry Operator, you will play a key role in supporting foundry and post-processing operations, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

**Shifts & Pay Rates:**

+ **1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm | **$21.00/hr**
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | **$23.10/hr**
+ **3rd Shift:** Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am | **$24.15/hr**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Handle, grind, deburr, trim, and clean cast parts.
+ Prepare parts for the next stage of production.
+ Perform inspections to confirm quality standards.
+ Move parts through the process according to standard proc...
