Foundry Operative

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time foundry operative to join a busy and expanding foundry based in the heart of Kidderminster. 

This role is ideal for somene wanting to begin a career within a foundry or manufacturing. 

The role: 

- learning to operate foundry machinery such as casting machines 

- loading and unloading aluminium casting into and out of machines 

- operating a hand helf linisher to smoothe metal parts 

- learn to operate a shot blasting machine 

- Manual handling of aluminium products 

- Adhering to health and safety procedures 

- Working indiviudally and as a team to meet production targets 

- Hand and power tool use 

The ideal candidate will be physically fit to complete active duties and be comfortable working in a fast pace factory.
