We’re seeking a Founding Technical Systems Engineer to architect, build, and scale our company’s proprietary Operating System. You will lead the development of our Internal Management Engine and our Stakeholder Portals while orchestrating a sophisticated, automated identity and support ecosystem.

We need a Big Picture architect who can design a unified company vision but possesses the engineering depth to build a resilient Python-based backend. You will replace fragile third-party integrators with custom services that handle complex financial logic, API rate limits, and automated error logging—ensuring our technical moat is as robust as our business model.
