Drive 10x user growth in 6 months and 50x in 12 months through creative, non-traditional strategies. Design and implement scalable referral programs to leverage word-of-mouth. Develop and execute viral growth hacks, social media campaigns, and exclusive events. Build partnerships with premium establishments frequented by target users. Own onboarding flows, interact with users, and refine growth strategies based on insights. Continuously adapt growth playbooks as the company moves toward product-market fit.
