The Role

We're looking for our Founding Growth Marketer, someone who wants to build from zero.

You’ll own how Hoshii shows up in the market - what we say, where we say it, and how that turns into pipeline. Brand, website, content, campaigns, events, partner marketing - all of it runs through you.

What You’ll Do

• Own positioning and messaging. Position Hoshii as the leading brand in ERP AI automation.
• Build the demand engine. LinkedIn, partnerships, events, webinars, YouTube, communities. Find what works for B2B in the DACH region; double down and kill what doesn’t. The pipeline is the scoreboard.
• Create content. Case studies, blogs, video...
