Founding Engineer — Financial Automation Platform

The Mission

Scalemetrics is building the “Financial Brain” — an engine that processes global transactions with zero manual intervention and 100% audit-readiness. This is our first technical hire, and you will build it from scratch.

You won’t be handed specifications. You’ll sit with ambiguous client problems, decide the architecture, choose the stack, and own the system end to end — from the first line of code to production. As the company grows, this role is the foundation of the engineering team and its technical standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own the build from zero: Design and ship the core platform — services, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure — making the architectural calls yourself rather than executing someone else’s blueprint.
