Founding E-commerce Lead

Splashit is a creative experiences brand focused on hands-on activities like slime making, DIY kits, and interactive gifting. We currently operate 5 centers across the country and are expanding rapidly into the e-commerce space.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in building or running an e-commerce vertical across platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Shopify, quick commerce, marketplaces, or D2C brands.
We are building Splashit’s online e-commerce vertical for products like slime, DIY kits, creative gifting, 3D printed products, birthday return gifts, and more.
Role :
We need someone who can take complete ownership of this vertical — from strategy to execution. This includes setting up products, listings, marketplaces, operations, marketing, sales, fulfilment, partnerships, and eventually building a team around the vertical.
Ideal person:
2+ years of ecommerce / marketplace / D2C experience
