Kyra is seeking a dedicated Customer Success hire to build and manage onboarding processes for their influencer marketing platform. This role is foundational—own a portfolio of brand accounts and drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
With a focus on proactive relationship management, you'll create an environment where brands realize the full potential of the platform and ensure they receive value from their investment. This hybrid role is based in London, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week after initial onboarding.
