We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly driven individual to work directly with the Founder — someone who loves working with data, building systems, and solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder on operational and growth priorities
- Own data end to end — build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports that actually get used
- Map existing processes, identify what's broken or slow, and rebuild it cleaner
- Document processes in a way that's easy for anyone to pick up and use
- Set up automation to reduce repetitive work across ops, reporting, and coordination
