Founder’s office associate (foodtech / d2c)

About the Role
This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
This is a Founder’s Office position for a new-age Food Tech / D2 C venture.
You will work directly with the Founder on building and scaling a modern consumer brand — combining product, distribution, branding, and technology.
Your role will cut across strategy, execution, product thinking, and market understanding.
One day could involve analyzing D2 C brands or quick commerce trends.
Another could mean coordinating launches, working with vendors, or preparing for key meetings.
If you enjoy building, learning, and operating in ambiguity , this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the Founder on building and scaling a Food/D2 C brand
Conduct deep research on D2 C brands, consumer trends, pricing, and competition
Analyze channels like Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, and offline retail
Use AI tools to create structured notes, product ideas, and growth experiments
