It happens when someone embeds directly with the teams doing the work, sees how content actually moves through the system, and rebuilds it with AI from the inside out.

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed directly with Product Managers and marketing teams across AWS. You'll turn their highest-friction workflows into AI-first systems where AI agents can reinvent how work gets done. Your role: figure out what the future-state workflow needs to look like, design how agents and humans collaborate within it, wire the systems together, and drive the effort from prototype to production. You are the connective tissue between what's possible and what actually ships.
