Must Haves:
- Proven product builder with experience delivering AI-enabled workflows or tools
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Gemini) in real-world applications
- Strong integration experience (APIs, automation platforms like Power Platform, n8n)
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and independently design + ship solutions
- Experience connecting AI/agent workflows into operational processes
- Strong communication—able to bridge technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in product management or digital transformation environments
