This full-time, temporary role empowers you to shape the future for students aged 14 to 18. You’ll collaborate with the Community Service Director to ensure effective training, manage student activities, and complete vital paperwork. Your leadership will provide invaluable work experience to youth while ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise approximately 40 summer students
• Offer work experience and orientation training
• Monitor compliance with FMFN policies and safety regulations
• Process payroll submissions every two weeks
• Prepare and organize materials for fieldwork

• Completed or pursuing post-secondary education
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
