Job Title: Site Manager – Formwork Division Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for the on-site management and execution of formwork supply and installation works. The role carries full accountability for safe execution, quality workmanship, and program adherence, which form the three primary pillars of the position. These priorities are of the highest requirement and take precedence over all other site activities.

In addition, the Site Manager maintains strong commercial awareness by identifying, recording, and reporting site conditions, constraints, and events that may impact cost, program, or scope. The role requires proactive engagement with the client and main contractor to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective issue resolution from mobilization through to demobilization.
