Formula Developer (Irapuato)

The Profit Center Team is looking for a FORMULA DEVELOPER to continue feeding the pipeline and executing cost‑saving initiatives both at a preliminary phase and industrially.

• Co‑create new reformulation opportunities to feed productivity pipeline (preliminary study, valorization with business case).
• Prototype validation at pilot scale.
• Scale up formulation opportunities at industrial scale.
• Follow up of designated projects to launch successfully (on time in full).
• Co‑build the team deliverables throughout the year to capitalize internal strategic plan.
• Key KPI: Projects OTIF (on time in full).
• New projects proposition and put in place Addi CO alternative suppliers identified and assessed.
• Techno push and scouting initiatives aligned with productivity projects.

• Graduate studies in Engineering (Food, Chemistry) or equivalent.
