Forma Strategy Mgr

We are seeking a **Forma Strategy Manager**based in EMEA to support and advance the strategic direction and go-to-market (GTM) priorities for the Forma Industry Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Forma Industry GTM Strategy to help drive cross-functional alignment, conduct strategic analysis, and translate customer, market, and product insights into actionable recommendations. **Responsibilities** * Familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, or adjacent industries (or strong willingness to learn AECO workflows)* Experience building insights, frameworks, or business recommendations that inform leadership decision-making* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams without authority* Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, architecture, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)**Things That Describe You*** Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can turn insights into clear recommendations*...
