Forklift Technician (Field Service Specialist)

An experienced FORKLIFT TECHNICIAN (Field Service Specialist) is required to service various industry customers across the Northern Cape Upington region.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, breakdown repairs and inspection of forklift equipment and related machinery at customer sites and within workshop environments.
• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Qualified Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Millwright, Earthmoving Mechanic or similar technical trade.
• Min. 3 years post-trade experience in forklift maintenance and repairs.
• Previous experience working on various material handling type equipment adv.
• Experience with major forklift brands adv.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding ability.
• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, drive systems, mast assemblies, braking systems and steering systems....
