Job Description Job Description Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a leading global logistics company with multiple locations in the Louisville and Shepherdsville, KY area. This role is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment to support daily operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and material handling. Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $19 - $21 per hour
- Status: Temp-to-hire
- Shifts: Full-time (days, evenings, nights, and weekends available)
- Shifts Vary by location
Safely load and unload products and materials
Operate warehouse equipment including:- Reach truck
- Cherry picker (order picker)
- Stand-up forklift
- Electric pallet jack
Accurately locate, pick, and transport inventory within the warehouse
