Job Description

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the loading and unloading of railcars and trailers in a safe and efficient manner. As a Forklift Operator you will work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor, Lead Hand, Shunt Drivers, Carriers, other Forklift Operators and other Operational Staff to manage the movement of freight through our warehouse.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
To work in accordance with all warehouse procedures and policies.
Safe operation of all equipment.
Responsible for unloading and loading paper products from railcars and trailers.
Full / LTL truck transfer or unloading.
Documentation of all product code numbers for bills of lading on outbound loads.
Ensuring that product is properly packaged for outbound shipments.
Assisting in any load transfers either with forklift or by hand.
Keeping track of all product movement in the Warehouse.
Completing racking / forklift inspec...
