**What You’ll Lead & Do:**

+ Supervise daily warehouse operations and motivate your team
+ Operate a forklift for up to 2 hours/day, moving and loading materials safely
+ Use warehouse tools (including metal shear and brake—we’ll train you!)
+ Prepare customer orders, strap and tarp loads, and coordinate deliveries
+ Drive a gooseneck trailer to job sites and assist offloads
+ Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient
+ Assign tasks, uphold safety standards, and resolve issues on the fly
