Forklift Operator

**Forklift Operator Position, I** $22:00 to $23:50/ Hour **Direct Placement | 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift**

**Description:**

+ Ensure all units are banded properly and have a clear visible load tag.
+ Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers efficiently.
+ Perform a visual quality inspection on items and verify truck counts.
+ Ensure that all paperwork is accurate.
+ Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
+ Complete online safety training each month as assigned.
+ Maintain regular and exemplary attendance.
+ Read the Wet End run schedule and prepare the correct rolls for coming paper grades.
+ Drive and handle rolls safely according to company rules and training.
+ Assist operators in peeling and prepping damaged rolls.
+ Ensure butt rolls are properly prepped for return to the roll room.
