**Job Title: Forklift Operator**

**Overview**

Forklift Operator role focused on shipping/receiving in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory control, and operating reach and counterbalance forklifts to support daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Load/unload trucks and move materials using reach and sit-down forklifts
+ Receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments (40–50 deliveries/day)
+ Update inventory using RF scanners and Excel
+ Manage shipping/receiving communication via Outlook (~70 emails/day)
+ Maintain organized and safe receiving/shipping areas
+ Prepare and stage outgoing products for shipment
+ Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools
+ Follow daily schedules and meet safety, quality, and production targets

**Must Haves**

+ Experience operating reach & counterbalance forklifts
