**Job Description**
The Forklift Operator safely operates forklifts and supports a variety of warehouse and light assembly activities to ensure efficient material flow, accurate order fulfillment, and a clean, organized work area. This role combines material handling, basic electrical assembly, and general warehouse support in a small, collaborative production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Load and unload materials from trucks and staging areas while following proper material handling procedures.
+ Support general warehouse operations, including kitting and preparing orders according to specifications.
+ Palletize finished products securely and accurately for storage or shipment.
