**Job Description**

This role involves safely and efficiently operating reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts in a clean, bright distribution centre. You will handle inventory, pick orders using RF scanners, and support daily warehouse operations while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts to move, store, and retrieve products within the distribution centre.
+ Use RF scanners to accurately pick, scan, and process orders according to work instructions.
+ Handle both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including stand-up reach equipment, as required by operational needs.
+ Perform order picking and staging to support timely and accurate shipment of products.
+ Assist with inventory activities, including counting, locating, and organizing stock in designated areas.
