Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Position OverviewSpotlight Staff is seeking experienced and safety-minded Forklift Operators to join a busy industrial yard in Jasper, TN. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors and have experience handling long, heavy, or loose materials in a fast-paced environment. Operators will be responsible for moving steel pipe and other materials throughout the yard while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift in an outdoor industrial environment.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize steel pipe and loose materials throughout the yard.
- Transport materials to designated staging and storage areas.
- Operate equipment on dirt, gravel, and uneven terrain with caution and precision.
