Forklift Mechanic

**Job Title: Forklift Mechanic / Level II Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining and repairing electric and LP-powered forklifts and other material handling equipment within a fast-paced distribution warehouse. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently. You work independently as the primary on-site technician while collaborating with a broader maintenance team and leadership to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on electric and LP-powered forklifts and other material handling equipment.
+ Complete fluid changes, including engine oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, and differential lubricants.
+ Replace filters, belts, spark plugs, ignition components, and other wear items as needed.
