**Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator (IH2)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on operating a stand-up forklift to stock materials, pull customer orders, and prepare products for shipment in a clean, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will work hands-on off equipment when needed with inventory, packaging, and documentation while using basic computer systems and scanning tools to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently to move, stock, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
+ Pull and stage customer orders according to pick lists and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Prepare shipments by packing products, labeling, and organizing orders for outbound delivery.
