Forklift /FLT Driver / Operative

What will I be doing?

You will operate a counterbalance forklift truck to both feed the raw material and load out the sorted bales of recovered material.

This role involves:

• You will operate the production equipment and carry out quality sampling checks.
• You will assist with the resolution of plant stoppages / blockages.
• You will carry out housekeeping duties in line with our 5’s lean objectives.
• Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be involved with the day-to-day recycling operations.
• Under the direction of management, you will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety issues and company policies.
• You will work with our customers to maximise reduce, reuse and recycle of waste materials produced at the site.
• You will control the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, thus ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store material ...
