Job Description

Dawson Construction is looking for a Foreperson of Paving who will be responsible for onsite facets of the paving process including; safety, quality, roadworks and cleanup.
In this role you will be a valued member of , working in a seasonal, full-time position of Foreperson, Paving reporting to the Superintendent, Paving. Your base location will be Kamloops, B.C. and will require some travel throughout our great province.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Prioritize safety of self and others in every aspect of the job.
Provide management and direction to the paving team.
A strong knowledge of paving best practices .
Knowledge of all types of heavy equipment.
Attend and participate in safety meetings and ensure team abides by safety policies on the work site.
Assist in coordinating and conducting training sessions.
