This role involves crafting detailed components such as trim, doors, cabinetry, molding, and stairs, demanding a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship. The ability to read plans and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision is essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install interior trim such as baseboards, casing, crown molding, and wainscoting.
+ Hang interior and exterior doors, including hardware installation.
+ Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and built-ins.
+ Install stair components like treads, risers, handrails, and balusters.
