Foreman

This position leads field operations within a growing prefabrication and data center infrastructure environment. The Electrical Foreman oversees daily electrical activities, including conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations, while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and project specifications. The role focuses on building and guiding a strong team, supporting the construction of HACs and failure domains for large-scale equipment such as transformers, and maintaining high standards throughout all phases of production.
