• Finishes - 10 Storey Medium Rise Apartment in Finishing Phase – Malvern – Start after the Xmas shutdown in January
• Structures – 2 x Medium Rise Towers – Dandenong – Start after Australia Day

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable career grounding on major commercial building projects in Australia
• Expertise and exposure to one or more of these key building elements: structure façade/externals, services and/or finishes – these companies are seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.
• Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with sub...
